WHO WHAT WEAR x SLEEPER PARTY PJS GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Who What Wear x Sleeper prize draw (“Promotion”) is organised and operated by Future Publishing Limited trading as WHO WHAT WEAR incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02008885, whose registered office is Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (“Promoter”).

2. The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering the Promotion entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

3. The Promotion is open to residents from UK, France, Denmark and the Netherlands aged eighteen (18) years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with administration of this Promotion.

4. This Promotion will open on Sunday 14th December 2025 and will close at 23:59pm 21st December 2025. (“Promotion Period”).

5. The Promotion is made up of one (1) prize draw (1 x pair of Sleeper pyjamas). A giveaway post will be posted by or on behalf of the Promoter via its social media channels (each a “Platform” @whowhatwear.uk & @daily_sleeper) on the 14th December 2025.

6. The Prize Draw is free to enter, and entrants will be entered into the Prize Draw on successful completion of the Promoter’s entry requirements during the relevant Entry Period (as set out in Schedule 1) as follows:
