The One Shoe You Still Need This Summer Is a Jelly Sandal

Thanks to Steve Madden who recently joined Omondi on The Cutting Room Floor podcast, the Internet is still buzzing about jelly sandals. The comeback of this ’90s essential was kicked off by The Row in 2023; these days you can find an iteration of a PVC shoe. (Chloé’s thong jelly sandal from the spring 2025 show just dropped in stores, btw). Street stylers aren’t the only ones obsessed with these soft summer shoes; celebrities including Lisa, who wears her sundresses with a clear jelly shoe, and Jennifer Lawrence, whose bright red jellies add a pop of fun photos are into the trend as well.
