JPMorgan’s investment banking chair to step down, memo shows – The Business Times


JPMorgan Chase’s global chair of investment banking and capital markets Kevin Willsey has informed the bank of his decision to retire at the end of March, according to an internal memo seen by Reuters on Friday (Jan 24).

Willsey, an industry veteran, joined JPMorgan in 1989 and served as the global chair since 2013. He has also served as the co-head of North America investment.

He was also the global head of equity capital markets (ECM) and co-head of ECM Americas. REUTERS
