WHO WHAT WEAR x FREE PEOPLE BANK HOLIDAY PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Who What Wear x Free People Bank Holiday prize draw (“Promotion”) is organised and operated by Future Publishing Limited trading as WHO WHAT WEAR incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02008885, whose registered office is Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (“Promoter”).

2. The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering the Promotion entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

3. The Promotion is open to residents from UK, France, Denmark and the Netherlands aged eighteen (18) years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with administration of this Promotion.

4. This Promotion will open on Saturday 3rd May 2025 and will close at Midnight 8th May 2025. (“Promotion Period”).

5. The Promotion is made up of one (1) prize draw (£500 Gift voucher from Free People). A giveaway post will be posted by or on behalf of the Promoter via its social media channels (each a “Platform” @whowhatwear.uk & @freepeopleeu) on the 3rd May 2025.

6. The Prize Draw is free to enter, and entrants will be entered into the Prize Draw on successful completion of the Promoter’s entry requirements during the relevant Entry Period (as set out in Schedule 1) as follows:

6.1. if entering via Instagram: (i) follow the @whowhatwear.uk and @freepeopleeu account on Instagram and complete the following on the Post: (ii) like; (iii) tag at least 1 friend aged eighteen (18) years or over in the comments section. Each comment is an entry and entrants can secure an additional entry by re-sharing the post on their instagram story.
