Changi Airport October passenger traffic rises 3.4% to 5.8 million
Changi Airport on Friday (Nov 21) reported a 3.4 per cent year-on-year increase in passenger traffic in October.
Passenger traffic came in at 5.8 million for the month, up from 5.7 million in October 2024 and October 2019 – just before the Covid-19 pandemic.
Total traffic for the first 10 months of 2025 came in at 57.9 million passengers, up 4.2 per cent from 55.6 million for the same period a year earlier.
Air freight handling in October rose 2.5 per cent year on year to 182,000 tonnes, from 178,000 tonnes previously.
The 10-month total of 1.71 million tonnes was 3.9 per cent higher than the 1.65 million tonnes booked for the same period in 2024.
