Centurion hits record high, surges 6.3% after news that it is exploring a Reit listing
SHARES of accommodation assets operator Centurion surged 6.3 per cent on Wednesday (Jan 8) following the previous day’s news that it is exploring a real estate investment trust (Reit) listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
At 9.39 am, the counter had advanced 6.3 per cent or S$0.06 to S$1.02 from Tuesday’s closing price of S$0.96, hitting an all-time high.
