The Bag Charm Trend Is Very Me, and Now I’m Trying It on My Sneakers

If I had to name my favorite trends over the last few seasons, bag charms would rank high. Fashion people and celebs have been personalizing their everyday bags with the Jane Birkin–inspired trend (FYI, here’s a deeper dive into the trend). And I have to say, I literally can’t get enough of the look. I keep adding more and more charms to my bags to bring a personalized and unique touch to my styles. Case in point? My bags that are featured above.

Well, I’m now bringing the bag charm vibe down to my sneakers. Introducing shoe charms from Coach and a new shoe style, the Soho Sneaker. The forward silhouette, complete with the monogram “C” logo, comes in a variety of colors. I just received the distressed style, which appeared during the S/S 25 runway show with charms. The shoes are cool on their own, but the addition of the charms brings a playful twist to the vibe—similar to how I feel about adding charms to my bags. I went for the unicorn and pink car charms, but there’s also a deer, a dice, and a cab charm.
